Weekend at Jules' using a 1916 MK V and DESCO SW with Trident Surface Supplied Diving LLC
Trident Surface Supplied Diving, LLC dives the US Navy MK V on a regular basis at Jules' Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, FL but instead of using their normal 1943 Schrader MK V, a friend and diver, Jon Hazelbaker, brought over his 1916 A. J. Morse & Son US Navy MK V! The MK V 1st appeared in 1916 and was the official helmet of the navy until about 1983! This was an amazing experience and opportunity to dive a true piece of history! This was also the perfect opportunity to test out our newest shallow water helmet made by DESCO! The DESCO SW is a rare sight to behold especially seeing it in action. The hat preformed flawlessly and everyone should be looking forward to our official video covering it, where we'll talk about our likes and dislikes, as well as its history!
