Housing Developer - Living in a Prius

Over the last 15 years I have developed hundreds of housing units worth millions, as a successful apartment developer. Two years ago, I gave away everything that I own and moved to Silicon Valley to study artificial intelligence and build AI technologies for housing development. I am now focused on a career as an artificial intelligence tech entrepreneur. I have also launched a company to develop apartments in cities across the country to help solve the housing crisis. The cost of housing in Silicon Valley is very high, which is why I chose the alternative lifestyle of living in a car. I have been living in my Prius ever since. Since moving into my car, I have stayed in my car sleeping at truck stops, sleeping in parking lots, sleeping on side streets, and sleeping in a parking garage. I have also taken multiple cross country trips. My travels have taken me from Los Angeles to New York, and I have seen everything from vacation destinations for the wealthy to large homeless encampments. I have learned a lot, and it has all been made possible by the car living lifestyle, which is very low cost and minimizes monthly expenses while finding a high level of freedom. If I wasn't a workaholic, then I would say that it has been like retiring early. It has been an amazing journey! This channel documents my journey living in a Prius.
