With a passion for innovation and a conviction that the future of milling lay in digital technology, Mr. Choyal developed the world's first digital stone mill. Although the road to innovation was difficult, he persevered by spending long hours researching, consulting with experts, and investing a significant amount of money into developing and testing my idea. Over the next eleven years, he developed more innovative and patented technologies that helped compete with global brands, successfully installing nearly 200 turnkey plants designed to cater to the needs of different clients worldwide. Working with international brands like Al Ghurair, TESCO UK, CARR'S UK, IFFCO, Prima Group, Bakhresa Group, and India's leading food brands such as ITC Aashirwaad, Patanjali, Pillsbury, Naga was a dream come true, and he was honored to have them as his customers. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
