UPDATE: Since this video was made the rules for the Junior Maths Challenge have changed! There are now no penalties for wrong answers so you definitely should guess for any questions you can't solve or don't have time for! There are still penalties in the IMC and SMC so the advice in this video applies to those challenges. Check the paper carefully before you take it for the rules and scoring on the front as it may change again in future years.
