In today’s tutorial, I will show you how to get amazing cells without ever needing a blow torch or heat gun, but simply by mixing silicone oil in some of the paint and swiping paint across it. This step-by-step tutorial is ideal for anyone who doesn't have a blow torch or heat gun, as both of the techniques used will create cells without the need for heat. The silicone oil used is by Monte Marte.
