Oreo Jello | Gelatin Molds | No-Bake Desserts | Quick & Easy Recipes When my friend asked if I could make this Jello dessert, I took one look at the Oreo cookies and said HECK YES!! This gelatin mold is a real eye catcher with the bright berry blue jello and rich chocolate cookies. My favorite part about this though is the heavenly cream filling which is made with condensed milk and rich cream cheese! It may look complicating to make but couldn't be any simpler! Enjoy! Ingredients: 3 Tbs Gelatin Powder 1 cup cold water 8 oz Cream cheese 14 oz Condensed milk 12 oz Evaporated Milk 6 oz Box Blueberry Jello 2 cups hot Water 2 cups Cold Water Directions: Mix 2 Tablespoons of the gelatin with 1 cup of water. Place the mixture into the microwave for 1-2 minutes until dissolved and place it into the blender with the cream cheese, condensed milk and Evaporated milk. Blend into a pure and pour the mixture into a greased mold. Top with crushed Oreo cookies , press them into the gelatin mixture and place in the refrigerator until fully firm. Prepare the blue jello mixture by mixing the box with 2 cups of hot water and 1 tbs. of gelatin powder. Add the 2 cups of cold water and mix until dissolved. Once the cream Gelatin is fully firm, release the sides from the mold and pour half of the blue jello mixture over the cream gelatin. The cream gelatin should float to the top. Place it back into fridge until slightly set and after about 30 minutes, pour the remaining jello on top. Allow the jello mold to fully set overnight. To Release the jello from the mold, place the mold in warm water for 5 seconds and flip over onto a plate.
