Their signature sound incorporates many different styles into a powerful spine crushing, headbanging sonic attack. As of today, COLD SNAP have done more than 450 shows around Europe, including tours with JINJER, PRO-PAIN, EKTOMORF, MONSTROSITY, DEAD BY APRIL…also they’ve shared the stage with many others on festivals such as WACKEN OPEN AIR, METALDAYS, EXIT FESTIVAL, METALFEST, HILLS OF ROCK… COLD SNAP has released 1 EP ‘’Mea Culpa‘’ in 2005 and 4 LP albums as follows: ‘’Empty Promises‘’ – 2008 (Dancing Bear Records) ,‘’Perfection‘’ – 2010 (Made in Germany music – MK II label) , ‘’World War 3‘’ – 2013 (Eclipse Records) , ‘’All Our Sins‘’ – 2018 (Arising Empire) ‘’Perfection’’ , ‘’World War 3‘’ and ‘’All Our Sins‘’ were all produced by the famous Danish producer Tue Madsen, who worked with bands such as Meshuggah, The Black Dahlia Murder, Dark Tranquillity, Behemoth and many more. COLD SNAP has received an award for Best new act in 2009 ZLATNA KOOGLA and an audience award for Best video for the song ‘’Monster‘’ in 2016 at the SPLIT SPOT FESTIVAL. In January 2024. COLD SNAP will release their new EP ”You can only save one” preceded by 6 videos and songs connected through a visual narrative depicting the downfall of one love. Fueled by Monster Energy, COLD SNAP will jumpstart 2024. by hitting the stages of European metal festivals and touring extensively while putting finishing touches on their new album. COLD SNAP’ s music is like a punch in the face, Exuding a weight that is undeniable whilst maintaining a vitality that keeps the band sounding fresh and cutting edge despite the tried and tested style that makes them feel so familiar from the first listen is their true talent.
