Wear breathable and good fitting (not too tight) clothing and underwear, tight clothes are gonna cause more irritation. Shower/clean your booty IMMEDIATELY after working out or doing sweaty activities to prevent bacteria growth Exfoliate (either physically or chemically) on a regular basis Avoid shaving or waxing when you have active pimples if you can, or wait longer in-between waxes.
