Built around field recordings made along the Northumberland coast where JMW Turner painted Norham Castle, Sunrise, where the land, sky and water are an abstraction of light and atmosphere. This piece is a depiction of the intensity of sunlight that also includes recordings of distant pulsars. The military used the grounds briefly for training exercises, but it was eventually abandoned again.
