It feels good to post some MK again. Boy did it take me a while to come around to 11. A couple things to go over with skarlet regarding move/string choices: 1. The reason I go for 44 into F2xxdb4 is because 44 is +6 on block. F2 is about 13 frames (effectively +7 off the string) and db4 ends at -6 with decent spacing leaving you relatively safe. Note that both strings are full of gaps, so if you notice your opponent flawless blocking a lot, proceed with caution. 2. Despite what it looks like, the teleport doesn’t punish wakeups. I’ve tried. However I’m pretty sure you’re at advantage and therefore a throw is a pretty safe option to go for. Remember, 14% adds up. 3. Even if your opponent doesn’t roll forward, b12 is a good string to use as a meaty. The KB activates if it punishes and the DoT you get off it is pretty insane. 4. Remember, setups are SETUPS, not guarantees. Always take the block strings and follow ups you see with a grain of salt. As I state in the parry section, it’s very important to adjust according to your opponent’s tendencies.
