i love this "bread". Tortas they call it. There is no yeast in this bread so you can eat it for the unleavened bread feast. i love it because it is not hard and it is very tasty with the rosemary thyme and olive oil. i prefer it over crackers. it does not have but 1 gram of sugar per piece which is another benefit for me. i do not like to eat much sugar in the mornings most of the time. i think it's great that Amazon carries it.
