Dear viewers,Welcome back to the Time 2 Travel YouTube channel! In this video, we are visiting Jabal Uhud (Uhud Mountains), located north of Medina in the Hejazi region of Saudi Arabia. This mountain holds immense historical and spiritual significance, as it was the site of the second battle between the Islamic Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the polytheists of the Quraysh tribe. The Battle of Uhud, fought on 19 March, 625 CE, was a pivotal moment in Islamic history. It was a confrontation between the small Muslim community of Medina and a larger force from Mecca. The battle ended with nearly 70 Muslims attaining martyrdom, including notable companions like Mus'ab bin Umayr and Hazrat Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib (RA). The lessons from this battle remain relevant for Muslims to this day. As we traveled, we were captivated by the breathtaking views along the Madinah road. Seeing the Uhud Mountains up close was an indescribable feeling, filled with awe and gratitude. Knowing that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) once stood in this very place made the experience even more profound. We had a wonderful time exploring the area, and the view of the Uhud Mountains was truly spectacular.
