Today i'm looking at this as the ice cream variation instead of sorbet but ultimately it's TERRIBLE as either sorbet or ice cream and it was just released as the same thing...a single can of peaches FFS! In this video, I’ll walk you through how to make it better step by step. I'll talk about what you need to look at regrading recipe adjustments to make something in to a decent ice cream. Ingredients: 1 Whole can of sliced Peaches (DelMonte brand used here sugar content 8g/167ml) 70g Allulose 100g Whipping Cream (33-36% fat) (Double Cream can also be used, it'll just be creamier!) 25g inulin NEEDED FOR SOLIDS 1g Xanthan All the ingredietns are important, like a say in the video.
