I work at INNOVANT as a Community Manager and Content Creator for the past six months. Joining INNOVANT was an unexpectedly rewarding challenge. I've always described myself as creative, outgoing, and fun, traits I've held since I was little. My passion was in psychology. This transition led me to discover my interest in marketing, a specialization I embraced enthusiastically. I'm Argentine with Uruguayan roots, and after years of admiration for Uruguay, I decided to move. This experience has propelled my growth, especially in the field of marketing, where constant evolution and updating are crucial. INNOVANT offers benefits like health insurance and English classes, but the most notable are flexible hours and the option for remote work. This allows me to balance my daily life with work. In the marketing department, I split my time between sales and Employer Branding. To measure the success of projects, we use quarterly OKRs. I believe in living in the present moment, knowing that our desires and future goals are also important.
