In this Excel video tutorial, we gonna see How to make a Column Chart with Max and Min Target Lines in Excel. To create a column chart in Excel with two lines to show the minimum and maximum values we can use what is called combo chart. A combo chart allows charts with multiple informations, for example, category values, maximum goal values, and minimum target values. To create this chart we need to use a data set with basically two informations which are category and values. As the categories we can have any type of names, such as dates, months, items, products, etc. And as the values we can have any type of number, money, percentage, quantity, stock level, sales value, unit price, etc. Besides the data set we need to have two extra columns, one for the minimum value and another one for the maximum value.
