If you have ever hung a hem or turned a sock heel on the knitting machine, you already have the skills to knit this hat. This video got to be too long, so I didn't include the footage of making the pompoms. I used Clover pompom makers; the top of the hat is the second largest one, the bottom of the cords are the smallest one.
