Simple, positive affirmations are whispered ear to ear, while hypnotic hand movements, intentional breathing / blowing, mic rubbing and ear cupping are interspersed throughout. This is a revised version of the original video due to feedback I received. I removed the 'candle flickering' throughout the majority of the video since some of you were bothered by the repeating of it. I hope this is a better version for you!
