Hot Tent in a Cold Damp Draughty old English Wood. Wiltshire Man

This is the first Hot tent camp of the season. In the UK right now it is the Shooting Season, and my permission woodland is right in the middle of a managed area so I have limited access this time of year. I shall try and fit in a few Hot tent camps here and elsewhere over Winter as it is such a relaxing way of camping. I used my modified Polish Lavu (Tipi) which is made from Canvas. My shelter was new in 1975. I added a short 10 inch wall all around the base to increase the living space, and this makes such a huge difference. It is my favourite Hot tent shelter. The only problem is the weight and bulk when compared to a nylon tent. The stove is by Woodwalker, it is OK, I think they have improved the design since I brought mine about 4 years ago.
