What they missed is that while everybody wants to be more successful, only 2% of people are driven to be more successful. Where more success is a priority and a necessity, not merely a preference. With most people, sure they’d like to be successful. But they won’t do anything to make themselves more successful. Anything that takes any level of effort. And that’s probably been the most surprising thing John and Kelly have learned about the success industry. And it was taught to John by arguably the top expert in the world on success – Darren Hardy. Kelly talks about really understanding the recruitment business. And how that business has evolved and changed. John then goes deeper into the teaching industry. What he’s learned over the last few years. So the bottom line is whatever industry you’re in, you have to really learn what’s going on in the industry. And the best place to go for that is someone that has been in the industry longer than you have. And who will be blunt and tell you what’s going on and not just be politically correct.
