How to Knit Baby Socks #2 Heel

Use only first 18 stitches (1/3 months) or 22 stitches (6/9 and 12/18 months) to knit heel. Knit back and forth until sock is 3 (1/3 months) , 3.5 (6/9 months) or 4 (12/18 months) cm long. Set a marker. Start with a front row, knit until 6 stitches (1/3 months) or 7 stitches (6/9 months and 12/18 months) left. Slip, knit, pass back over, turn. Purl until 6 stitches (1/3 months) or 7 stitches (6/9 months and 12/18 months) left. Slip, purl, pass back over, turn. Knit until 5 stitches (1/3 months) or 6 stitches (6/9 months and 12/18 months) left, decrease as in last front row. Turn and purl until 5 stitches (1/3 months) or 6 stitches (6/9 months and 12/18 months) left. Decrease as in last back row. And so on and so on.
