LaVere’s VW Restoration Annual Open House-06/25/22

Welcome back to my channel. I want to start by saying thank you everyone for all the love and support. On today’s video, we traveled to Concord, California for the LaVere’s VW Restoration Open house. We started the day by stopping at Ike’s sandwich and getting our self the Matt Cain, which is Amanda’s favorite, then we start the long drive to Concord. Once we got to the location we noticed it was kind of small. That’s one of the reasons why this video is soo short. I started to walk around and the first thing that caught my attention was the decklid wall, this is one of the reasons why Amanda and I wanted to attend this open house. They had soo many projects going on and it was awesome. I talked to Jason about all the work it takes to restore a vehicle and he shows me his white e30. This was a small show but it was nice seeing new people. The day was coming to an end when I hear a Karmann Ghia reving its engine so I run to the side of the shop and I come to find a dirt lot full of Volkswagens. I was in shock to see soo many project cars in one parking lot. The day was ending and we were walking back to our car when we were offered some of the best chili I’ve ever had which was a perfect ending to a great day. I want to give a huge THANKS to Everyone at LaVere’s VW restoration for opening theirs doors and providing us with water,sodas,hot dogs, chili and great people.
