Courageously Opening up to Emotional Expression - Light Language Transmission

Hello beautiful souls, * This transmission is intended to help heal and release all blocks to safe, confident, open and intimate expression of your emotions, be it via the spoken word, writing or any other form of communication that resonates best with you, or needs expansion. Many of us experienced moments where our expression was shut down, where we were silenced or perhaps even bullied, made fun of, humiliated, or even punished for sharing our deepest feelings with another. This can lead to unconscious patterns of holding back, withdrawing, or other forms of resistance which can in turn cause severe issues within our relationships and life overall, leaving us feeling misunderstood and often hopeless. * Due to traumatic experiences, many tend to believe that by not speaking up about things that bother, hurt or even harm us, we are actually helping the relationship stay harmonious, peaceful or conflict free. This is unfortunately just an illusion, which may have been true to some extent when we were younger but is certainly not a habit that can be continued throughout ones entire lifetime. Such a high degree of self suppression will eventually always lead to some form of psychosomatic illness, as the body will not be able to hold space for all the accumulated tension forever without becoming disbalanced. Plus, no relationship can withstand continuous emotional self suppression and the avoidance of taking complete responsibility for ones own emotions, no matter how compatible or loving the people involved may be. * Without allowing ourselves to feel and express our emotions, we will be unable to be aware of what truly matters to us, what gives our life meaning, what moves us and motivates us out of bed every morning and what gives us hope late at night. Our emotional expression is not the only factor to take into account in life, but it is an essential part of being authentic, keeping it real, being transparent and building a relationship with self and others that is truthful.
