Between the years of 1983 to 1987, he murdered at least seven women - mostly street workers and drug addicts - in a brutal and sadistic manner. Rogers had a chilling routine. He'd scour the streets for prostitutes, lure them into his car, then drive them to a desolate area. There, he would bind them tightly - silencing their cries - before ruthlessly assaulting and killing them. His sinister pattern repeated again and again, with each victim meeting a gruesome fate. He was known as the Molalla Forest Killer, and his reign of terror left the shocked state of Oregon reeling.
