Why you shouldn't cheat on games online or pirate software by Realmjumper4099. Hello gamers and youtube community. It's realmjumper4099. I'd like to talk about a simple topic really two things. The first thing is cheating in online games. I don't condone it and I think cheating is offline games is ok but when it comes to online it's a big no no for me. If you cheat in an online game you are not only hurting yourself, but you hurt the developer, publisher, and other games as well. What do I mean by that? If it's a competitive game, someone is working hard to compete against you and you are just taking the easy way out and using an aimbot, wallhack, controller mod etc to cheese it as they say and win. However you don't really win fairly do you? You just cheat and scammed a player out of a possible win that they could of earned against you. Secondly those that create the cheat software or peripherals profit off of your money, for an industry that profits on the suffering of others. Can you imagine how many billions of dollars companies have wasted to counter cheaters and pirate software? It's in the billions. Don't do it, cheating in online games is not worth it and will just lead to bad things. Secondly another quick thought about pirating software or games and movies etc. Have you ever taken a read at the credits? Most games now have 100s or thousands of credits for people that put their best foot forward and worked to create the product. They deserve to be paid for their efforts. Also digital software from recognize retailers like Fanatical or Humble Bundle can be bought for pennies on the dollar. I believe that in life we aren't meant to own everything, consume every product, or try every software, and watch every film. If you can't afford it then that means you need to work for it to buy it. Don't cheat the system because people work hard to create products and you should pay for it so that they can continue to do so. For example the game Crysis suffered heavily from piracy which hurt their bottom line over at Crytek. They poured their hard and soul into that game and for someone to just rip it off is unfair. That's all I have to say about that let me know what you think about in the comments. If streaming services are too expensive then find an alternative like youtube, Tubi, Pluto TV etc which are free. You don't have to own every single game or play every game or use software etc there are free alternatives. Stay frosty people.
