The first of the "How To: Deep Dungeon" series returns in Endwalker! Full disclosure: This was my very first run on Reaper in PoTD, however, the melee runs were more or less similar to each other, so the basic principals and strategies carry over to each other. Keeping this in mind, I was excited to explore what Reaper brought to the table, especially experiencing it in HoH during Early Access (which you can watch the HoH Reaper 1-100 Clear here: • HoH Solo RPR/Reaper WF F1-100: CLEAR (12/3... ). ----- For the 51-200 run, I'll list a few notes of interest in relation to EW vs. Shadowbringers, and Reaper in general vs. other melee in Shadowbringers: Floor 100 is much more difficult in EW than Shadowbringers. Your lust damage is much less than before Floor 101-139 is notably more difficult; enemies feel like they hit you a bit harder than before. Floor 141+ actually feels different/easier due to how 131+ feels more difficult. This is also a bit noticable. Reaper damage is very high comparable to other jobs. Initially I thought damage was tuned up for PoTD across the board, but it is more a Reaper potency thing. The time I had left over on high floors were a product of Reaper's very high damage, making it quite appealing as a job to take in solo. Following up on the high damage of Reaper, I was very impressed with fighting certain enemies. For example, I was able to handle a 191+ Hippograph without steel and with Bloodbath. Due to the fact I could kill it relatively faster, I was able to take care of the hippo. That is one enemy we have advised to avoid unless you had steel on for a majority of jobs! ---- Overall, Reaper might be one of the best jobs to use for PoTD Solo. I would definitely say it's a solid pick as an "entry level" job for melee classes, with it's simplistic rotation and very high damage. It can allow you to focus more on how to survive and get through on melee, versus your damage output/rotation. Goodluck out there! ======================== Timestamps: 0:00:00 START 0:00:37 Floor 51-60 0:22:03 Floor 61-70 0:41:08 Floor 71-80 1:03:18 Floor 81-90 1:26:46 Floor 91-100 1:49:49 Floor 100 Boss 1:54:03 Floor 101-110 2:24:27 Floor 111-120 2:56:15 Floor 121-130 3:32:33 Floor 131-140 4:19:26 Floor 141-150 5:00:30 Floor 150 Boss 5:07:07 Floor 151-160 5:49:33 Floor 160 Boss 6:03:09 Floor 161-170 6:38:34 Floor 170 Boss 6:46:09 Floor 171-180 7:20:15 Floor 180 7:32:55 Floor 181-190 8:21:08 Floor 190 Boss 8:29:11 Floor 191-200
