Clearing Ground With The Three Point Scraper Blade

I was finally able to find a heavy duty 3 point blade. I tested it out for about 15 minutes at one of the new food plot locations. It wont be easy but it'll get the job done. The new food plot is a little less than an acre and only a small portion has a lot of limbs and sticks. The rest of the plot only has a small amount of debris. The 3 point scraper blade has pins for a category two hitch as well so its built for larger tractors. I believe its a Modern Equipment made in Beaumont, Texas. The Massey Ferguson 35 handled the blade fine! I might try to angle the blade a little more or even face it forward to help it push or pull through the debris and keep from getting hung up. I don't want to spin the tires any more than I have to. I think by the time this plot is cleared off and disced it will be almost time to plant the fall food plots. If not I'll wait since its going to be too late for any summer crop. Even down here in Texas. The only summer seed I might plant would be buckwheat since it grows so fast and can be used as good mulch for the fall blend. Thanks for watching!
