Iraq tragedy: Video footage shows fear and pain of Yazidi refugees trapped on Mount Sinjar

Subscribe here: http://bit.ly/ODNsubs The US military has released this video showing its airdrop of food and water for the thousands of Iraqi Yazidis being threatened by Islamic State militants. The United States Central Command says the military conducted a fourth airdrop from multiple airbases, which included a C-17 and three C-130 cargo aircrafts. The aircrafts dropped 40 bundles of fresh drinking water totalling nearly 4,000 gallons, along with 48 bundles totalling 22,488 ready to eat meals. President Barak Obama authorized the U.S. military to make airdrops of humanitarian assistance on August 7th, to prevent what he called a potential "genocide" of the Yazidis. He also authorised targeted strikes on IS fighters who have been seizing territory in northern Iraq, a limited operation to protect Americans working in the country.
