A brief sketch of Salpha N. Muansang & his family (expired on 12th June, 2023) Muansang resides in a very poor family, they are living from hand to mouth. His father is unskilled labour making and doing whatever he found on daily wages. It is hard to get works daily. His mother was weaving cloth on shuttle loom and earn some money for the family. They are living in a rented house which is also a great burden for the poor family to give the rent monthly. Muansang is having three brothers and two sisters and he is the eldest among them; to guide his younger brothers and sisters. They are all minors and attending schools at wherever they got admission, having no chance to get to choose the schools they like. Muansang is literate and a trained motor mechanics for some five years and now working at one service station in the town area with a very few monthly honorarium . Though a small income, he is the only person in the family to get a regular income. Now, even this small income was also stop at once, as and when he left suddenly for abode. Muansang is a man of hard working young men and his working output was also very much satisfactory. But he was no more today, for the family it was an irreparable lost. His brothers and sisters are all minor mostly depending on him, it was very much uncertain for their future. Though he resides in a poor family he could not resist the call for Zogam our motherland to protect against the Meiteis genocide community, as nationalism and patriotism cannot be measure in terms of wealth of one’s family, but starting right from the inner core of one’s heart, then he go, he fight, he shed his blood and sacrifice his precious life for the cause of the tribals of outer Manipur, to get separate administration from the clutch of the terrorist Meitei government with a hope of getting a new government with good governance of equality to all the citizens, and peace; where the mind is without fear.
