The Cannabis Kitchen: Lemon Cheesecake

In this video I will be making a cannabis infused lemon cheesecake with a cannabis infused sugar. Ingredients Crust 3/4 cup flour 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 6 tbsp butter 3/8 tsp salt Zest of a lemon Filling 1 1/4 cups of cannabis infused sugar 24 oz cream cheese 2 tsp flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp lemon extract 4 large eggs 1/4 cup sour cream 3 tbsp lemon juice Process Crust 1. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms. 2. Press dough into bottom of spring form pan (or pie dish if you are watching my video) and place in freezer for 15 while you preheat oven to 350 F (177 C). 3. Remove from freezer and place in over for about 12 minutes or until the edge of the crust starts to turn golden. Once this happen remove from oven and cool while you prepare your filling. Filling 1. In a stand mixer combine cannabis infused sugar, cream cheese, flour, and mix on low until smooth. 2. Stop the mixer and add lemon extract, lemon zest, and 1 egg. Mix on low until egg is thoroughly mixed in. Once the egg is mixed add the second add, wait until it is mixed then repeat that process for the remaining eggs. 3. Add sour cream and lemon juice and mix until everything is throughly combined. 4. Pour into your springform pan over the top of the crust and place into an oven at 325 F (163 C) for 40 minutes or until the center reads 150 F (66 C). Once this temp is reached turn oven off and leave the door open with the cheesecake still inside. Let it sit inside with the oven off for an hour to finish cooking. 5. Remove from oven and place on rack to cool. Once cool place in refrigerator over night. 6. Remove cheesecake from pan, cut, and serve. Music "Shrub" Jobii https://www.epidemicsound.com/track/Y...
