My first home coffee machine : Sunbeam Mini Barista Em4300 - testing the milk frothing wand

Not a professional barista nor expert in tasting coffee but I always love mocha/latte made with silky smooth milk! After reading heaps of reviews, I finally got this machine, most importantly it is on promo and within my budget!! Today, I’m just trying the steam wand. This machine comes with 1 nozzle frothing steam wand unlike the commercial type that is built with 3 or 4 nozzles, so it took longer time to froth till 60-65’c. Also, i am not too familiar with it and am trying to find a good agle to achieve the result I wanted. I am using a small bowl because the shape is the closest to the cappucina cup i could find from my home now. I have very little knowledge about latte art but i did watch a lot youtube videos from @CoffeeMonster @baristaaaronshin @baristajoy.com.kr Overall, i did get the smooth silky milk from this machine and managed to get some shape in my mocha. Yes, i did spill some coffee out of my bowl. All constructive comments are welcome, including negative comment if that can make you feel happy, why not 😆, so we have more happy people around.
