Date of Journey - 5th Jan 2025 Raya’s Grand - located near Mahamaham Tank in Kumbakonam, we had paid Rs 3360 for double occupancy with taxes. This is a very good mid budget hotel. Darasuram Saree, Just near Devanayaki temple, we went to weaver’s house to see the silk saree. This dealer of saree had shared the address details with me, but i have misplaced, but all i can say is that this is just outside the Devanayaki temple. After the breakfast we went to try Degree Coffee shop, Sri Mangalambiga near Kumbeswarar, when we reached there it was lunch time, Degree coffee was not available. This is an old eatery, i could not have degree coffee here, but had degree coffee which is part of our visa2explore video. Indeco Hotel Swamimalai - Heritage Hotel, here we met with Mr. Steve Borgia showed us the hotel, museum and its premises. Palagram.com - Later in night we reached Chidambaram, we had dinner, Kothu Parotta. Food at this restaurant was good. This restaurant is near Chidamabaram temple. Cab driver - Anthony Bhai - +91 79045 67177 we did this journey of Tamil Nadu with him. Krish garden resort - This is 2.5 km from Chidamabaram temple. It is on the out skirts, stay was over all comfortable. If you are looking at a hotel near chidambaram temple, then you can find many over there.
