Direct Phone Consultation & Training: https://Clarity.fm/TonyDiNitto/ ------ Video Overview: Owners love to tell you they're selling their business because of "retiring" or "pursuing other opportunities." This video explains cuts the BS excuses for selling and reveals the top 12 reasons I've seen people sell. Understanding the REAL reasons will allow you to better evaluate businesses specifically, as well as determine which business is actually right for you. I also confess the reason why I sold my routes years ago. NOTE: While this list isn't comprehensive, beware of reasons that sound different but aren't, like "moving" or "downsizing." For "moving" the REAL underlying reason for selling is actually "Time Commitment" (since they don't have the time to devote the business - doesn't matter the reason, whether it's another job / distant location / etc). And "downsizing" is often either "Lump sum payout" or more likely, "Stress/burnout." ------ Find the route that's best suited for you and evaluate it correctly using the system I've crafted from nearly 15 years of route evaluation: https://RouteTycoon.thinkific.com/cou...
