Nordic Noir by Cinematique Instruments is designed to create haunting sounds and dark atmospheres, which evoke subtle aggression and tension. It features 80 different sound sources, including strings, synths, experimental tones from bowed instruments, and a custom ‘eerie board’ of different metals, springs and nails. It features effects, including reverb, delay, crush, and tape, and sounds can be further shaped with three independent layers, each offering full control over tuning and volume.
