With over 275 vendors, 10+ local food trucks, multiple buskers and a vibrant community every Saturday; the market offers a unique shopping experience for locals and visitors alike. Each Saturday from June to October, the market attracts crowds of 10,000 to 20,000 people, offering a wide selection of top-quality products that follow the "make it, bake it, grow it" market mission. Reviews: Worth a visit just for the atmosphere: It's not just a farmers market. It's like an outdoor mall. Loads of little home based crafts, fresh food and drinks, stuff for your pets, and of course fresh farmed fruit and vegetables. Definitely worth a visit: What a wonderful surprise. Really enjoyed the market with all the vendors and products. Great choice of produce and a wonderful selection of jewelry, clothing, etc. Hope to come back soon. Country produce galore: Very good farmers market with lots of fresh produce, baking, meats and assorted other food items. Parking is a premium, free parking fills up fast and you should plan to walk a distance to get there. Enjoy the open air market and bringing home dinner that someone else prepared. Enjoying the market: We heard that there was a Farmer's Market. Every Saturday there is a market from 10 to 3. There were a lot of people. For kids there were some fun for them. We saw honey, vegetables, flowers. Someone was singing. He was really good. There were flowers and decorations. We enjoyed the visit in this market. A must see! Best Saturday Excursion Event: Great setup and people, lots to do and explore for all ages. Great quality products at reasonable prices. they have something for everyone: This large outdoor market has much to offer. Vendors sell everything from produce, baked goods, meat, preserves, wine and spirits, home decor, clothing, jewellery, and much more. Some of our favorites are Homelands Gourmet Products (recommend the maple bacon jam), For the Love of Cheese (recommend the vegan cheeze sauce which is plant based, dairy and gluten free), Going Nuts, and also Field Stone Fruit Wines. Show up early because it gets crowded, but also because the perishable items sell out very quickly. Some vendors split their Saturdays with other market locations. Washrooms are located in St Albert Place, which houses city administrative offices, library, museum etc.
