David Clarke from EarthPower (Camellia) is a business that helps its customers become more sustainable. Taking all kinds of food waste, it produces green energy and organic fertiliser. Weve learned a lot from David Clark and Marlene Coleman from EarthPower, who are both regulars at Cafe Duck and our short, sharp seminars. Not happy to rest on its laurels, EarthPower has reduced waste to landfill from five to 75 per cent in three years. It has also reduced energy costs and set a goal to replace up to 95 per cent of its potable water use through water harvesting techniques.
