PART 1 This is the first Macmillan Cancer Trust Walking Marathon here on the Norfolk Coast, So I am privileged to have made it to the first! I have lost 11 stone in weight and with the love and support of all of my subscribers and friends and family, I am able to keep it off. I still have a way to go. I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. I was on crutches and doomed to have a knee operation due to weight baring down and was told to go away and lose 3 stone before the op.
