Chill in the fridge. 2️⃣ Make the mochi: Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water. Cover with plastic wrap, poke holes, and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir until soft and sticky. 3️⃣ Prep the tray: Dust a tray with cornstarch to prevent sticking. 4️⃣ Roll the filling: Shape the black sesame mixture into small balls. 5️⃣ Assemble: Pinch off some mochi dough, flatten it, place the filling inside, and seal into a ball. 6️⃣ Finish: Roll in cornstarch and place in a cupcake liner. 7️⃣ Enjoy!
