Credits to ‪@Oersted_LAL‬ for finding Dr. Wheelo in the game files. Support Oersted by joining his Attack of the Saiyans Discord   / discord   I was able to replace Broly with the Wheelo boss, edit his name in the Crystal Bestiary, the text on the Item drop and the pre-battle and post-battle dialogue. I also changed the battle music and the battle backdrop to Yunzabit Heights to better match the ice landscape from the Worlds Strongest movie. Dr. Wheelo has fully functional sprites but I haven't been able to find his battle AI yet. I doubt they included that in the game.
