From Leaf to Luxury | My Handmade Virginia-Perique Pressed Blend

In this video, I’m unveiling a blend I’ve been working on from start to finish, starting with whole leaf and transforming it into ribbon and pressing into a rich Virginia-Perique blend. Here’s the recipe: 1.5 oz of Bright Canadian Virginia 1.5 oz of Red Old Belt North Carolina Virginia 1 oz of St. James Perique (Cornell & Diehl Blending Series) I cased the mix with a simple sugar-water syrup solution, pressed it under full pressure for two weeks, and now it’s time to cut into this home-pressed plug and share the results.
