Here's a video fully focused on three different Ford Escort WRCs my friends and I recorded during various events in the last years. The car was unveiled at the end of the 1996 Rally de Catalunya, the last race of the Group A cars, but unlike the rival Subaru Impreza, the Escort was almost a Group A Escort further evolved according to the new technical regulations of the World Rally Car class. It was used for both the 1997 and 1998 seasons. The first car you see in this video is chassis 27 and it was used by Craig Breen during the 2021 RallyLegend in San Marino featuring that beautiful Bastos livery. The second one, with the famous Martini Racing colours, is chassis 33 and I saw it during the 2020 RallyLegend.
