This short video demonstrates how I use AI tools within my engineering workflow, along with a brief product walkthrough of a system I built for analyzing property maintenance operations. The first section shows how AI tools support my development process across the engineering lifecycle, including architecture planning, code scaffolding, implementation, documentation, and code review. The second section presents a demo of a full-stack application that analyzes property maintenance work order data from systems such as HappyCo and Yardi. The platform transforms operational data into actionable insights for property managers, regional leaders, and executives by identifying repeat maintenance patterns, operational inefficiencies, and potential capital planning signals. The goal of the system is to help property teams move from reactive maintenance management to proactive asset intelligence by turning existing operational data into strategic insights.
