New 2024 Leapmotor C16 in-depth Walkaround The 2024 Leapmotor C16 is a large SUV with impressive dimensions, measuring 4,915 mm in length, 1,905 mm in width, 1,770 mm in height, and featuring a wheelbase of 2,825 mm. Inside, the vehicle offers seating for six, with power-adjustable, heated, and ventilated seats for the first and second rows. The third row has adjustable backrests and two USB ports for added convenience. Regarding cargo capacity, the C16 provides 209 to 1,022 liters of trunk space, making it versatile for various storage needs. The electric version weighs 2,065 kg, while the extended range electric vehicle (EREV) variant is slightly heavier at 2,095 kg. Under the hood, the C16 offers two powertrain options: a pure electric model with an electric motor delivering 215 kW of maximum power, and an extended range version with 170 kW. The SUV is packed with advanced technology, including a 10.25-inch driver information display, a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, and a 15.6-inch fold-down entertainment screen mounted on the roof. It also features a facial recognition system and a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor for enhanced safety.
