This lentil brea recipe is simple, tasty and packed with protein. Perfect for kids and adults, especially if your trying to get healthy. Recipe: 2 cup red lentils 4 eggs 2 cup cottage cheese, sour cream, or yogurt 8 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp salt Black pepper (optional) 1 tbsp baking powder 2 tsp sesame seeds or other seeds of your choice for garnish (optional) 1.Soak red lentils for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. 2.Rinse them thoroughly, drain extremely well and transfer them into a blender. 3.Add eggs, cottage cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper (if using), and baking powder to the blender. 4.Blend until you achieve a smooth and silky consistency. 5.Brush the cups of your mini loaf pan with oil and line them with parchment paper to prevent sticking. 6.Pour the equivalent of / cup of the batter into each mini loaf cup. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or any other seeds of your choice on top for garnish. 8.Preheat your oven to 365°F (185°C).
