My philosophy in business is to do a great job on results and have a great relationship on a day to day basis, which in turn, my clients will stay with me (I'll stay with them too) and referrals will come my way. Producing results for clients which at the very least, meet their expectations isn't enough to retain them. Having a good relationship with all clients is a must for them to stay with you in the long term and to get those referrals. It's great news for any company to get referrals from current customers because not only are they likely to be high-quality, but they also indicate that you're doing something right.
