The new Si86S6x products are state of the art digital isolators which include several outstanding and unique features. These devices are robust, with a 6.0 kVrms isolation barrier, and have low-power and sleep modes for conserving power. They have CMOS thresholds, Schmitt trigger inputs, a deglitch filter option and high CMTI over-all high noise immunity. The family also has specially designed options for SPI and QSPI bus isolation and inverting outputs for greater flexibility.
