The applicator Restyling IDC Pneumatic is an economical solution for crimping Insulation Displacement Connectors. In this configuration, the product is specific to the connector of the family-Tandem Spring AMPMODU MT. Applicable to all presses with standard attacks and working height equal to 135.8mm (available on request different working heights). The connectors are loaded manually on a special loader steel which guarantees the position and the polarization of the connector itself and the position of the pin inserted board. The pneumatic feed is controlled by a series of sensors that allow you to crimp the pins, step by step, regardless of the number of routes, and perform a translation with different pitch at the end of each complete set of crimping. A sensor controls the positioning of the optical cable to crimp. The cable entry is via a dedicated pin in the clamping gripper.
