Relations of the Pancreas __________________________ • Anteriorly: Stomach and transverse colon. • Posteriorly: Aorta, inferior vena cava, left kidney and renal vessels. • Superiorly: Liver and gallbladder. • Inferiorly: Small intestine and duodenum.
