This course can also be viewed by parents. Parents can watch the videos alongside with their kids and teach them. One new thing that we are introducing in this course which is, we are going to have a blog, where we will have assignments and quizzes to keep you engaged. We are introducing assignments and quizzes because, if you want to master anything, you should practice it. You can't master Abacus by just watching the videos and not practicing. As part of every module, we are going to give you assignments and quizzes which are going to be published on our blog. So that you can download them and solve them. ABACUS 2.0 COURSE OVERVIEW 1. Introduction: As part of the Introduction module, we will give you a brief introduction of the Abacus tool, rod, divider, beads, how to hold an Abacus, how to hold a pencil while handling Abacus. 2. Placing numbers on Abacus: In this module, we are going to explain, the values of each bead, various exercises on how to be perfect in placing numbers on Abacus, doing simple addition and subtraction( without friends ). 3. Friends + Skills: In this module, you are going to learn Friends concepts such as Small friends, Big friends, and Lazy friends. In the Skills section, I will tell you about various tips and tricks to improve your accuracy and efficiency. What we are going to do is, we will give you a number and you have to add it some number of times, and subtract it some number of times, so that your finger movements on the Abacus are fast. 4. Visualisation: This is new and exciting stuff that we are going to have in Abacus 2.0 course. This is asked by many of our subscribers. As part of Visualisation, we are going to solve all the problems which I have explained in previous modules 1,2,3 without using Abacus. The ultimate goal of this module is that you can solve the problems without the help of Abacus. 5. Multiplication: As part of this module, we are going to teach you various Multiplication concepts like 2 digit * 1 digit, 2 digit * 2 digit, 3 digit * 1 digit. 6. Division: As part of this module, we are going to teach you various Division concepts like 3 digit / 1 digit, 3 digit / 2 digit, 4 digit / 1 digit. 7. Visualisation: Don't get confused that this module is a duplicate of the prior module. As part of this Visualisation module, we are going to solve all the problems of Multiplication and Division modules without using Abacus. 8. Decimals: We are also going to introduce decimals, how to place them on Abacus, Friends concepts on decimal numbers, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division on decimal numbers. 9. Addition and Subtraction: Don't get confused that this module is a duplicate of prior modules. This module contains complex additions and subtractions like 4 digit, 5 digit, 6 digit, 7 digit, and zig zag problems which include a mix of all the Friends concepts. 10. Multiplication: Don't get confused that this module is a duplicate of prior module. In this Multipliction module, we are going to have 3 digit * 2 digit, 3 digit * 3 digit, 4 digit * 1 digit, 4 digit * 2 digit. 11. Division: Don't get confused that this module is a duplicate of prior module. In this Division module, we are going to have 4 digit / 2 digit, 5 digit / 2 digit, 5 digit */ 3 digit, 6 digit * 2 digit. 12. Roots, Percentages and Discounts: We have this interesting module, in which, we are going to teach you how to calculate square root and cube root of a number using Abacus.
