There are many ways to express and communicate our feelings. The two classified ways of communication are verbal and non-verbal. Facial expression is one of the most powerful non-verbal, natural, and universal ways for humans to communicate their emotional states and intentions. Communication via various channels, such as mobile phones and computers, is quite common in today's world. E-mails, text messages, blog sites, and comments are all common forms of communication. To express our emotions online we make use of emoticons or emoji’s. Emojis are extremely beneficial in facilitating human emotional experiences online. In this study, we are developing a tool on top of a machine learning algorithm which will classify human facial expressions into seven different emotions and eventually convert it into an emoji. The idea is to incorporate our work into social media applications and generate emojis based on user’s facial expressions in real-time. https://github.com/epic-coder97/Emoti...
