Exclusive analysis by @loveKungFu: As an amateur Muay Thai athlete, I share my authentic experience training at an all-inclusive Bangkok gym (costing around $300/day or $4500/month). Life at the Thai gym is marked by discipline and passion: Every morning at 6:30, professional fighters wake up for their run. The morning session starts with an 8–10 km run through the streets of Bangkok, observing local life while battling the heat and craving iced fruit. The late morning involves long, high-intensity bag work, sustained only by ice water—"Ice water is life in Thailand." After lunch and a rest until 3:30 PM, the afternoon session includes a 5km run, skipping, shadowboxing, and a fast-paced rotation of bag work and pad holding, requiring three rounds of pads per person. The most memorable part is the 15–30 minutes of clinching practice, where you truly feel the strength and technique of the pros. The gym is a warm family: Head Coach A-Zhuai is humorous, patient, and speaks fluent Chinese. The teammates (including brothers from Henan and the kind Yuan Hao) are fierce during training but incredibly friendly afterward, sharing snacks and traveling together. A highlight was the kindness of Yuan Hao, who covered me with a blanket when I fell asleep on his bed. The video also shares Thai life tips: rest days are perfect for visiting sights like the Chao Phraya River, Wat Arun, and the Grand Palace, and recommends local food like Pad Thai, Mango Sticky Rice, and coconuts. #MuayThai #loveKungFu #泰拳
